Our founder, Chimezie Agomoh, PhD, RN, PMHNP-BC, uses the "nursing model," which blends clinical diagnostic excellence with a focus on the whole person—including lifestyle, environment, and physical health.

Your initial visit is a 60–90-minute Psychiatric Evaluation. This is a "deep-dive" in which we explore your history, current struggles, and biological factors to create a clinical roadmap tailored to you.

After your initial evaluation, we schedule follow-up visits (20–30 minutes) to monitor your progress and "fine-tune" your treatment. We follow the latest clinical guidelines to maximize benefits while minimizing side effects. We believe you deserve to understand the "why" behind every prescription.
